The FiltaFry service has made a very impressive difference in the amount of oil that we are using in our deep fryers. We have cut our oil disposal in half, and the food coming out of the fryers is better at the end of the oil life than it was before. The oil cost savings are noticeable, and the labor that we are saving really adds to the benefits that we are seeing in our operating budget.
